Terms and Conditions

Shoes are normally despatched within 5 days. Should the shoes be out of stock we will advise via email.  We do not charge your card until the shoes are ready to send to you. Duties and taxes may be charged by your Country Border Control when the goods are delivered to you – this is not Shoecraft's responsibility.

Shipping

UNITED KINGDOM

  • FREE delivery on all shoes and parcels over a value of £20. 
  • We use the Royal Mail First Class or recorded services for lighter parcels (under 1kg)
  • DHL fully tracked next day delivery for all boots, shoes and slippers and parcels over 1kg
  • £5 standard charge for all parcels under a value of £20

EUROPE

Depending on destination and weight of parcel we use DHL, FEDEX, Royal Mail Internationally Signed Service and Parcel Force. Parcels for lighter items may be sent via Airmail and will not trackable.

EUROPE   Order value from £150 - £300 - £ 15 shipping charge
    Order value from £300 - £500 - £20 shipping charge
    Order value from £500 upwards - £25 shipping charge
    All orders under a value of £150 - £ 10 shipping charge
     
OUTSIDE EUROPE   Order value from £150 - £300 - £ 20 shipping charge
    Order value from £300 - £500 - £25 shipping charge
    Order value from £500 upwards - £30 shipping charge
    All orders under a value of £150 - £ 15 shipping charge

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt: (Extended for the Christmas period until 12th January 2018).

  • In the original packaging and an outer box.
  • The shoes and box must be in perfect condition, with no sign of wear.  Shoes will not be accepted if returned to us with any signs of wear on the soles or creasing.  If the box is damaged a re-boxing charge will be applied.
  • We recommend you try the shoes on carpet only.
  • Special ‘made to order’ shoes will not be accepted for return.
  • If you are returning items which you have purchased during a promotion with a free gift (for example, Shoe Trees, Shoe Care Kit etc) you must return the entire order including the free gift in an unused and perfect condition to qualify for a full refund.
    • If the free gift is returned in a used or imperfect condition a full refund will not be given and the RRP of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount, on the condition that the shoes meet the refund terms and conditions.
  • Please include the order number and the request for exchange or refund.
  • Refunds will be given less the original cost of postage, if not charged.  Shipping costs on returning the shoes will be borne by the customer.        
  • If you require an exchange, please give us full details of your requirements. Any additional costs of the replacement goods and the shipping cost will be charged.
  • If returning from outside the EU please write on the parcel and customs form ‘RETURN TO SUPPLIER – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’ – we do not accept parcels that have duty charged.
  • We advise you obtain a proof of delivery for your returned goods. We will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Promotions and Competitions

  • From time to time, we may choose to run promotions for specific goods offers or discount opportunities via our site (Promotional Offers). In addition to the terms set out above apply to purchases of goods which are subject to any Promotional Offers, any description and terms of each promotion set out on our site and in the marketing communication in which we originally supplied the Promotional Offer (Promotion Terms) shall also apply. All of our Promotional Offers are also subject to the following specific terms and conditions:
    • Promotional Free Gifts are limited a maximum of 3 per person;
    • Promotional Offers are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
    • Promotional Offers are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the original marketing communication containing the Promotional Offer and cannot be used outside of that period;
    • Promotional Offers are valid online and they are not valid in our shop;
    • if an item from an order which is subject to a Promotional Offer is returned, then when calculating your refund we will deduct the total discount given (whether directly or calculated pro-rata across the entire order if applicable) against that item under the Promotional Offer from the purchase price of the item before any Promotional Offer was applied. Your refund will be the amount remaining following this calculation;
    • Please note that no Promotional Offer can be applied retrospectively; and
    • all orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend Promotional Offers at any time.
  • To the extent that the Promotional Offer in question involves the supply of a code which can be used to apply a discount if your order meets the terms of the Promotional Offer (Promotional Code), the following additional terms and conditions apply:
    • Promotional Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms;
    • if using the Promotional Code online, enter it as requested during the check-out process;
    • Promotional Codes are for use by the intended recipient only and proof of entitlement to use a Promotional Code may be requested; and
    • all orders using Promotional Codes are subject to our acceptance and any improper use of Promotional Codes may result in the cancellation of your order.

Payment

Ordering through our website and payment is secure, our server uses protective technology to keep your details safe. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers can be arranged on request (all charges for bank transfers will be the customer’s responsibility).

We do not charge for the shoes until they are ready for despatch.
