Payment & Returns

  1. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
    If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition, in the original packaging. Please include the order number and the request for exchange or refund. Refunds will be given less the original cost of postage. Postage costs on returning the shoes will be borne by the customer and the cost of any replacement shoes will also be charged.

    If returning from outside the EU please write on the parcel and customs form ‘RETURN TO SUPPLIER – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’ – we do not accept parcels that have duty charged.

    Customers are responsible for returning the shoes to us and paying the cost, we advise you return them via insured registered post and keep a proof of postage.

    Shoes will not be accepted if returned to us with any signs of wear on the soles.

  2. Payment
    When ordering through the Shoecraft Oakham website, your personal data and payment details are protected throughout the payment process. We use industry-standard technology, which encrypts all information to make it secure.
We accept all major UK debit and credit cards. Bank transfers can be arranged on request (all charges for bank transfers will be the customers responsibility).
Purchases from Shoecraft Oakham will be charged the day the goods are despatched.
